30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@craftyowlz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@craftyowlz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no return required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened paint sets, used art supplies, and digital downloads.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@craftyowlz.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
