How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping (7–14 business days) and express shipping (3–7 business days). You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over ₹999. Orders under ₹999 are charged a flat rate based on your region. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page to follow your package in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our team at support@craftyowlz.com.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're truly sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@craftyowlz.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a swap for the same or a similar item.
